Our app uses Google Gemini AI to generate personalized plans. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is based on the information you provide
- Plans are suggestions, not professional advice
- Results may vary based on individual circumstances
- We continuously work to improve AI accuracy but cannot guarantee perfection
Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for evaluating whether generated tasks are suitable for you
- Consult healthcare professionals before starting fitness or health-related goals
- Seek professional advice for business, financial, or career decisions
- Adapt plans to your personal circumstances and limitations
6. Health and Safety Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: The 90 Day Challenge app is NOT a substitute for professional medical, fitness, nutritional, or mental health advice.

- Stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort
- The app is not designed to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease
- We are not responsible for injuries or health issues arising from app use
- Fitness tasks are general suggestions - modify them for your fitness level
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All app content, features, and functionality are owned by 90 Day Challenge and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
Content you create or input (goals, notes, customizations) remains yours. However, you grant us a license to:
- Use your data to generate personalized plans
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the app (in anonymized form)
- Store your data as necessary to provide the service
8. Subscription and Payment Terms
Premium Subscription
Premium subscription is available for the following price and terms:
- Price: $9.99 USD per 3 months (billed quarterly)
- Immediate Access: Generate up to 10 new 90-day challenges instantly upon subscribing (no daily limit)
- After Initial 10 Plans: Create 1 new 90-day challenge per day
- Unlimited Goal Switching: Switch between any of the 8 goal categories
- Priority AI Processing: Faster plan generation
- Ad-Free Experience: Uninterrupted focus on your goals
- Premium Support: Priority customer service
How Premium Plan Generation Works
- First 10 Plans: Generate immediately without waiting, create all 10 at once if desired
- Plans 11+: Generate 1 new plan per day (daily limit applies)
- Daily Reset: Your daily generation allowance resets at midnight UTC
- Existing Plans: You can always regenerate, modify, or access your existing plans without using a generation credit
- No Rollover: Unused daily generations do not accumulate or roll over to the next day
Billing and Renewal
- Subscriptions are charged to your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account at purchase confirmation
- Subscriptions automatically renew every 3 months unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period
- The renewal cost is $9.99 USD per 3 months
- Auto-renewal can be turned off in your device's Account Settings after purchase
- If subscription lapses, you lose access to daily plan generation but retain all previously created plans
Managing Your Subscription
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings
- To cancel: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions (iOS) or Play Store > Subscriptions (Android)
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- After cancellation, you retain access to all created plans but cannot generate new ones
- Re-subscribing restores your generation privileges with a new set of 10 instant plans
Refund Policy
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
- Refund requests must be submitted through the App Store or Google Play, not directly to us
- Apple and Google have their own refund policies which govern all purchases
- We do not provide refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
- We do not provide refunds for unused plan generation credits
- Technical issues: Contact our support team for assistance before requesting a refund
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We provide the app "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for results or outcomes from using the app
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the app
- We are not liable for third-party service failures (AI, notifications, etc.)
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 90 Day Challenge from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the app
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any injuries or damages resulting from following generated plans
11. Data and Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- We collect data to personalize your experience
- Your data is stored locally on your device
- AI processing requires sending data to Google Gemini
- You can delete your data at any time

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app and your data.
